About Me

I help people feel heard — and help them be heard.

Feeling truly heard can change everything. It can help you feel valued, understood and more confident in who you are. Whether you come to me for counselling, coaching, supervision or training, that quality of listening is at the heart of everything I do.

I’m based in Wellington, Somerset, and I work with clients across the South West and nationally online. I’m a full member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an Accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

What clients say about me

  • They feel very safe and comfortable — able to say anything without fear of judgement
  • My training is effective, fun and dynamic
  • I bring warmth, intuition, empathy and genuine skill to everything I do
